This year The Pat 2024 Janesville Open is excited to announce an exhibition doubles match with the 2023 NCAA Divison I doubles team from the National Championship UNC Women’s Tennis team featuring rising national stars Reese Brantmeier from Whitewater and her partner and fellow Tar Heel Elizabeth Scotty from Annapolis, MD. They will be playing former men’s number one singles for Michigan State, Drew Lied and his partner CJ Armbrust. The match will be held Saturday, June 29th, at 9:00 A.M.

It will be some of the highest level doubles players on Palmer Park tennis courts since the Gullikson twins played in the finals of the original Janesville Open in the early 1970s!

Please consider a donation.

We would greatly appreciate your tax-deductible donation to the foundation. Last year, your donations helped the City of Janesville contract to resurface the courts in Spring 2024.

This year, donations will go toward funding comprehensive and fun tennis learning programming in Palmer Park to help build a future for tennis in Janesville and the surrounding communities.

You can also donate to Reese Brantmeier’s quest to rebuild the two dilapidated court she first played on in her hometown of Whitewater.
